- Please note that depending on the show, the tickets may be sold out as soon as the sales begin.
- Please note that the number of purchasable tickets per person for Day-of-performance tickets may be limited.
- Student ID is needed to purchase Day-of-performance tickets with student price at the theater.
- Purchase of tickets at the other theater is possible.
Purchasing of Day-of-performance tickets for shows which Advance tickets aren't sold out are possible at Ticket Pia (Internet and over the counter).

- Two tickets per purchaser will be a quota for the film titles of Official Opening, Special Opening, Official Closing and Special Screenings.
- The Tokyo Metropolitan Government's Ordinance for Healthy Youth Development prohibits individuals under age of 18 from being at theaters from 23:00 to 4:00. This also applies when these individuals are accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- In order to proceed with telephone reservations and walk-up ticket sales smoothly, Ticket PIA provides P-Code and Lawson Ticket provides L-Code available for the purchasers. P-Code and L-Code are listed on each detailed Film title web page. Please be forewarned that the codes differ by its venue and section.
- There will be no refund, exchange or reissuing of the purchased tickets.
・The purchase of tickets for the film titles screened at Tokyo International Film Festival are not transferable into TOHO Cinemas Cinemileage points.
・Tickets for Tokyo International Film Festival will not be eligible for parking ticket validation services offered by Roppongi Hills.
