Nobuhiro Doi
Born in Hiroshima. After directing such popular TV dramas as “GOOD LUCK!!” and “Orange Days,” he made a striking debut as a feature film director with Be With You (2004), a smash hit that grossed 4.8 billion yen. With such works as NADA SOU SOU-Tears for You (2006) and HANAMIZUKI (2010), he has established himself as a talented director whose sensitive touch brings his characters vividly to life.
