Alex Stapleton
A native of Texas, Stapleton is a contributing film columnist for various publications. Stapleton produced Just for Kicks (2005), a documentary on the urban sneaker culture. After interviewing Roger for an arts magazine in 2006, she was determined to make a documentary about him that would illuminate his prolific contributions to the world of cinema. This is her feature length directorial debut.
