Wim Wenders
Born in Dusseldorf on 14th August, 1945. The world has been giving a great attention to him as the auteur, who is famous for road movies, since his winning of Palme d' Or award for Paris, Texas in 1984. Wings of Desire shows his new talents with its beautiful visuals and won a various awards at major film festivals. He was nominated for the Academy Awards for best documentary with Buena Vista Social Club.
