Additional Info:Bulletin – Re: Ticket Refund and Apology for screening trouble of Sleeping Sickness held at TOHO CINEMAS Chanter on Oct. 22 (Sat).

The projector malfunction occurred during the screening of the Sleeping Sickness held at TOHO CINEMAS Chanter on Oct. 22 (Sat), We apologize from our heart for the inconvenience that we may have caused to the audience of the theatre as well as to the people related to the screening.
 
We will make a refund to the audiences who have purchased the tickets on following terms. The ticket stub will be required for the refund. Please be sure not to lose your ticket stub.

The refund will be made until Oct. 28, 2011 (10:00~20:00)
 
*Please note that the refund for TOHO CINEMAS Chanter covers only the ticket price and would not be able to refund the additional fee that involves with the purchase of the Advance tickets.
 
At Play Guide
 
Period for accepting refunds: Oct. 27 (Thu) – Nov. 10 (Thu)
 
For tickets purchased at Ticket Pia shops, Circle K Sunkus and Seven-Eleven.
The refunds can be made at the shops which the tickets were purchased. Please bring your ticket during the designated hours for refund. The name of the shops will printed in the bottom left corner of your ticket.

*Circle K Sunkus: Refund can be made 7:00 – 23:30
*Ticket Pia Shop: Refund can be made during Shop operation hours

For purchasers of TOHO Cinemas Chanter who couldn’t make a refund by Oct. 28 (Fri).
For those who received the tickets by mail or couldn’t make a visit to the shop where the tickets were purchased.
 
Please return your tickets by registered mail or door-to-door delivery or small post office recorded mail to the below address with in the designated refund period. By 3 or 4 weeks after the end of the refund period, the money will be refunded by money transfer slip in the mail.
 
(Please note that due to the transaction process, the refund will take 3 to 4 weeks.)
 
The money transfer slip will be sent in the green envelope which will be mailed from the Post Office Savings Service Center. Please cash it at the mail office by showing your ID card.

Make sure that you have enclosed the tickets and memo in the envelope.
Refund can not be made without the ticket.
 

Please be forewarned that the Refund Period will differ with each respective screenings. The Refund will not be processed for submission after the end of each refund period.

1)For tickets purchased at Lawson Ticket or other Play Guide Shop.
→ The refunds can be made only at the shop which the ticket was purchased. Please bring your ticket within a designated Refund Period to the shop that you have purchased the tickets. The name of the shop will printed in the bottom left corner of your ticket.

2)For those who have received the ticket by mail.
→ The refund will be made at the Lawson Ticket shops near you.
Please bring the ticket to the shop within the Refund Period.
